what belt size?

hello everyone!


I have been looking around and searching what size belt I will need, but have yet been successful to find my answer so trying here.
I have a ported steggy with 2.93 pulley
-adding billet flow 4 pulley kit with 3 100mm and 1 92mm.
-adding 3.5 alternator pulley
-adding Marco 6lb lower pulley kit
if anyone is running this combo, could you please let me know what size pulley I will need. thank you in advance!

nxhappy! thank you for reply, but I also found this on the billet flow page and even called them and asked and they didn't know. my combo is showing k080xxx which doesn't give me the size. :/. nice profile pic! I have a gen2 gts acr with Paxton 2500!

If the Metco chart on that page doesn't help you, consider using the string/yarn method shown just above the chart. IMO it's the most accurate method of determining your belt size.

I run the K080810HD with a 4lb lower & 3.2 alt (just a tad tighter over middle of indicator), so you'd need ~1.25" larger...K080820HD or K080825HD should be about right

The belt goes around the diameter of the pulley, you can not just take the difference in radii and add/subtract them.

I wasn't, I too go off the belt guide chart. I have the same setup except the 2 differences noted. Based on the info posted, that should put him right towards the middle of indicator.

stock lower, 2.93 upper, 3.2 alternator pulley will need belt size 080745

stock lower, 2.93 upper, 4 billetflow snub pulley kit 3-100mm and 1-92mm, 3.2 alternator pulley will need belt size 080765

6lb lower, 2.93 upper, 4 billetflow snub pulley kit 3-100mm and 1-92mm, 3.5 alternator pulley will need belt size 080830 which is what I'm running now.

not for every combination. same for billet flow. they have some but not most combinations. even if you call metco they can only give you an estimate because they only use whole numbers and their snub pulled are 100 and 90. which was 080820 and that was small and ended up with 080830 being perfect. definitely gave me a good start point.

same for 2.93 blower pulley they do not offer so can only guesstimate...
