Lets hear about what everyone does for passive income?? Experiences, pros/cons, etc.??
Thanks all. Looking for more passive sources. Things you may invest in or own (vending machines, atms, etc.) that don't require much effort.
My Only Fans account just requires so much work.
Those and storage units are everywhere here. People have been complaining about the amount they're building.A car wash is the easiest.
It cracks me up when people have more S#!T than they can store at home. Time for a yard sale or a bigger house LOL. Now temporary storage because you're moving or changing locations is understandable. Those and storage units are everywhere here. People have been complaining about the amount they're building.

The car wash thing is funny. I've seen some that stay packed and others that seem to never have a line. I guess it's location, location, location LOL....
We can't keep car washes running around here. Always have cones in the Bay..but you can do the drive through....not all of us.

It's from all the people who are moving here. They've moved a 2 story house with a basement into a typical 1800 SQ single story and the crap doesn't fit, or doesn't fit the style of home. That, or their new house has taken at least one year longer to complete that they thought, and they sold their house up north a year ago.My aunt and uncle have over 700 storage units that they rent out at 3 different locations. They're always at 90%+ capacity. 75% of the units don't get opened more than once a year.
It's absolutely ridiculous to rent them. If it doesn't fit in your house, you DON'T NEED IT.
Dude have you seen all of them on Zaragosa between montwood and Edgemere?
4 in like 2 miles
Then the one that just opened on Joe Battle at Pebble hills rarely has more than a car or two when I drive by.

If by "passive" you mean not having to do anything for income to roll in than mine are:
1. Pension. (However, the IRS defines this as non-passive income even though no work is currently performed to receive it.)
2. Capital gains, dividends and interest income. (IRS defines those as portfolio income but no labor is involved.)
3. Cash back on credit card.
