Ok, here are my results. I didnt try the Easy Off Bam or anything again today, but when I looked at the window from using all of that yesterday it had helped zero. I had some good cutting compound that I bought off the internet awhile back to buff my cars paint(was rough shape) so I pulled it out of the building and tried it just to see how it would do. It took every spot off with ease, so if anyone else is having this problem I recommend trying some good brand heavy compound.
Here is what I used with NO results:
Razor blade with glass cleaner solution for lubrication
Easy Off Bam
Claybar
Every glass cleaner under the sun
Super Fine Steel Wool and the Easy Off Bam

Here is some after pics and a pic of the product that worked for me(sorry about the quality of the label..its about a year old)

So you put that on your window and buffed it out by hand or you used some kind of Dual Action polisher?
