Just curious. Were you able to still use the OEM bolts with this?
I am thinking to do my water pump soon and this looks like a good product.
There is no reason you couldn’t reuse the factory bolts, I only changed the bolts over to socket head stainless ones because that is what I am using throughout the car unless they are in critical components like brakes and suspension pieces.
BTW ... what to do for coolant temp regulation, regarding a thermostat?
The thermostat is in a fitting in the lower rad hose, not sure what the factory one is set to but Again I bought the Cobra engineering one that moves it to the upper hose with a 170deg thermostat in it
I think factory is 195. 170 seems good for these cars. Provided you can change the fan temps to take advantage.
I have the emp and no complaints or issues with it.
