He may get half of the BIN price if hes lucky. No doubt conversions are tough but I would have spent a little more time cleaning everything up, especially that engine bay.

How do you know that it was "thrown together"? :shrug:

Let's give the seller some credit for being up-front about the car, and a bit of respect since he is a fellow member here apparently. If you want to help him in a positive way, shoot him off an email or PM and nicely tell him why he should be asking closer to $10K for the car. Maybe he doesn't have a clue what it is worth. And maybe you have some other positive pointers for him. Just saying. :rollseyes
