Voltage @ idle? (I seached 1st)

I have searched and searched I can’t find the answer to a simple question. What should the voltage at idle be with lights, A/C and radio on? Also what is the minimum voltage at WOT with or without light, A/C and radio on?

I have an aftermarker Auto Meter VOLT Meter in my car that reads 14v most of the time...

Aeroforce.. low 13v at startup to high 12v after crusing. You need to be over 12.0v to charge.

Aeroforce also. Mid 12s at idle.

My aeroforce shows low 14's when cold, and with everything on except a/c mine is usually 13-13.5 range once it's been driven for a bit.
