... I just want to give a little update

I recently replaced one of the 90 mm idlers with a 100 mm idler ~ Now I'm running 2 - 90 mm idlers, 100 mm idler & 100 Aux. pulley, all Metco brand .... now using a K080790 NAPA/Gates belt!

Let's breath life into this thread... I'm trying to put on idlers on my car, 3.0 upper, 4lb lower, 3.2 alt pulley. I have a billetflow aux bracket with vmp 90 now. I bought 3 100mm metco idlers and 1 90mm idler. My plan was to do the 90 in the aux position and 100s everywhere else. However I was unaware the metco pulleys don't bolt on the billetflow bracket. Now I'm looking at the lfp lower bracket and the only way to get a 100mm to fit at this location is to use the upper hole in the lfp bracket to mount the pulley...this seems like I would be getting less belt wrap than leaving a 90mm in the lower mounting hole, however many of you run 100mm idlers in this location. Can someone help me out here...

I am thinking of buying a metco aux kit with a 100mm idler and bracket as a 100mm will fit with the metco bracket but not the billetflow one. If I do this, I would do a 100mm aux pulley, 2-100mm idlers, and 1-90mm down low. Anybody run this setup? Seems like it would give the most belt wrap..

It says three 100mm idlers and the snub idler is 90mm. The brand is Metco.
