does any one knows if they fix the new design of the throttle body in the Gen3 ,no more failsafes?

I have over 100 miles of normal driving on my Gen3 160 mono Tb -ZERO ISSUES-
I have been delayed on getting 100% results due to waiting on gear install and associated tuning. Lund jr has start up and driveability just like stock!
Once I get back from vacation next week I hope to finally start making WOT datalogs for Lund and feel the power of this Gen3 combo!
Will update thread once it’s all said and done.

Great thread which I had found it sooner as I ran into the same issues as you. We did notch out the washer on the fuel rail bolt basically like a D so it would fit. But no where in the video of the install does VMP mention the brass bolt and they send you enough allen head bolts for everywhere so I thought the brass bolt was for something on a 7-10 car as my bag of bolts was labeled 7-10 then crossed out for 11-12. With that being said we were able to get it tight by using a bit with quarter inch ratchet wrench but man it been easier to just bolt down that 10 mm head.

Great thread as I have been wanting to get a VMP upgrade for my '08.

Does anyone know if the FRPP Strut Brace will still fit after the install?
