With WMS pipe&catback I put down 429rwhp,,yes its true stock pulley..Hooked the predator to it and loaded the pulley tune just to see what it would do,Lost 8rwhp :smmon: added a 2.80 and again loaded the pulley tune 430rwhp.Took the car to RWTD and let James tune it and it put down 480rwhp I think you need to look at the tune..

when i said 390 something and stock pulley and something isn't right, i meant the guys results at the begining of the thread, not that Cobras dont do 390+RWHP

I had the car dynoed today and I am very disappointed. With a 2.93 pulley, Predator tune, Magnaflow Catback and Densecharger Intake, she only pulled 393 rwhp. I figured at the minimum 430...What gives. Another thing I dont understand is with just the intake and catback, she pulled a 12.4 at 115...Not bad at all. With the pulley, she ran 118 once, the rest were 116 mph. I am at a loss...Any ideas?

I know this is off topic, but what kind of 60 ft's were you pulling on those 12.40 runs and with which tires and what kind of suspension work? . Thanks

Canned predator tune sucks balls, get a custom tune for sure.

Sounds like the dyno is off to me. In my experience a 03-04 cobra with 393 rwhp will only trap about 112-113

He is hitting 115, which sounds close to 425-435 rwhp and 118 and 116 is closer to 440-450 rwhp

the predator tune sucks balls .. i never liked it and i never get it tuned trust me ... i only put down 415 rwhp 430 rwtq with a 2.80 ..jlt cai ..and bassani x pipe with no cats and a ss catback that stock predator tune sucks or canned tune or whatever u call it get it tuned i was so lean from the tune i couldnt even drive it to the car show (2 miles away from where i live) my a/f was at 13.0 ps.... i had a 90mm maf and no belt slip at all and thats what i have to say about the canned tune ...ps i got a tune form rwtd and now i have 485 rwhp and 500rwtq and a 11.50 pass at 123 1.9 1.5 60 foot

mustang dyno or dyno jet? If its a mustang dyno, your numbers aren't all that bad. Get a custom tune and you'll be golden.

Putting the two together, if you dyno on a dyno jet, and replace the tune with a more customized tune to your vehicle, you'll be definitely at the 450rwhp mark....

No worries, but definitely get rid of that stinkin' canned tune from the predator. I'm unsure if you're in Louisiana or Los Angeles, but a reputable shop will get you straightened out.
