With a long extension and a good swivel, they are not hard to get to at all. I'm not a huge guy, so getting under the dash is pretty easy for me (5'8" 195). If you can't get under there easily enough, pull the driver seat out to make more room. The bolt under the hood is simple to get to with the same tools as well.
The distribution block is on the strut tower and will require you to jack the car up a little bit to get above the tire. You'll be be able to see the bolt and get it to it fairly easily.
Once you have all the nuts out and the brake light switch disconnected, just push on the brake pedal and force the master cylinder away from the fire wall. Once you get it loose, you can maneuver it up and out of the way. Just move it as much as you have to and be careful not to kink the lines.
After doing it once, I could probably do it again in less than 2 hours.

As for the cam covers, I also got my black ones from Kar Kraft as stated above.
