I hate to ask this question, I searched and it seems everybody knows how to use this thing. I read the online manual, and it still doesnt make much sense. I really just want to find out my fan settings, but I cant figure out how to read them on the X3, if its even possible. Do I plug it in ,and start the car and go from there? Not exactly datalogging, but just to to some live monitoring.

Or for fan settings, should I just use the trip thing, and watch when the fans go on and off?

I feel so dumb asking this. Thanks. I should delete the post when I find out :)

Plug the X3 in and turn the key on.Then go to your tune selection that your running, then scroll through the adjustable parameters until you come to fan settings. There will be one for low speed and one for high speed.
Note:Some tuners(person, not handheld itself) have it set so you can`t read or change anything.
