I have installed 2. Both from UPR. 2 different cars, and both using the stock cable. Both setups were on the middle hook and the adjuster was about mid way out.

I went and moved mine to the middle tonight after work. Also pulled my plugs to check for fouling, I had one in each bank foul on me so I put in some autolite coppers AR103 gapped at .032, they all looked perfect. As I was getting out from under dash I heard some hissing, nice big chunk of metal in drivers side rear 
, pulled it off and will have to see if I can get it fixed tomorrow.
