The upr x pipe would not fit with the mac catback, even if i took the cb off the hangers and try to adjust it and push it back as far as i can it would hit the fuel tank and still not enough room to bolt up to the upr. The left side was cut about 1" and the right side was cut 1/2" and then rewelded on. I just hope that it will fit on my stock h pipe when it comes down to getting my car smogged.

wow that sucks you have to cut it. we installed mine on my friends lift and never had any issues with the install.

I had the Mac 3 inch catback with O/R X pipe on my GT. It was cool, but the pipe that went over the axle had to be rewelded by an exhaust shop. It kept hitting the axle housing for some reason.

As far as the sound, it definitely was really loud, just the way I liked it. Kind of a hollow, girgle sound at idle and low speed take off. I liked it so much, I threw em on my Cobra, but went with dumps... SUPER LOUD!
