TVS install... Idler too big?

Working on my TVS install and it looks like the upper idler is too big? Anybody have to step down to a smaller idler?

What size is it? My 3.0 upper fit fine with a 100mm idler. Worst case you may have to swap your 100mm for the 90mm one on the lower left.

That looks bigger than a 3" to me. But like mentioned you will have to switch your idlers.

It is because you probably have the updated BF idler bracket that puts the idler closer to the SC pulley. As other said, swap the 90/100 locations and you will be fine.

looks better swapped. Will report back when it's buttoned up

Yeah it's just crazy, you can see mine says 3.00 as well. But yours looks like the same size as your aux idler. Maybe it's just the picture. TRBO VNM is probably right, you may have the newer idler bracket.

I think its for the bypass but I dont yet have my elbow so im not sure what exactly goes there

Someone here has to know, or maybe its obvious and I'm being dense
