Went up to NED today to make some passes. Shaun at AED did an excellent job dialing the car in and emailing me back really quick. Big thanks to Shaun!

Anyways, car is a 2014 M6, has a TVS gen 1 with an 82mm pulley, roush open CAI, Kooks 1-7/8 headers, off road X, Shaftmasters DS, tuned on 93 pump gas. I added a can of torco for cheap insurance. Car also has 17x7 and 15x10 welds with NT555R drag radials. Lowered on SCCJ springs (no other suspension mods)

Really happy with the results. I should of made a couple more passes, I know it easily has 10s in it. Was trying to get used to slipping the clutch and feathering the throttle with the instant torque was harder than I thought haha! My old white coyote on stock suspension with bolt ons I was going low 1.7 60 pretty easy best being a 1.72. So I know I can get it down. Also really happy it trapped 130!

install an msd 2 step and you'll immediately take 2 tenths out of your 60' putting you into mid 10s.

My first time to the track with my current set up was a 10.9@130... almost exactly what you ran.

Congrats.

Thanks man! I'm on nitto drag radials, so no 2 step for me. Idk why but I've had awful luck on slicks. I broke multiple times in only about 20 passes. I've made probably over 300 passes on drag radials and never broke. So I'm not sure if I want to deal with slicks again lol!

I still have Lca/relo brackets, uca/mount, phb to put in. Then just removing some weight will help a bunch too. Spare tire/jack, tubular radiator support, lighter battery etc...

im on drag radials too.... Trust me the 2 step is an amazing piece for these cars.

pull up.... stage.. push in clutch.. hold throttle to floor.. on 3rd orange light slightly disengage clutch to load up the drivetrain and tires... green light let clutch out all the way and off.

Its amazing. I was able to cut back to back 1.6 sixty's with 305/35r19 nt05r's and the 2 step.

Oh nice man! Yeah maybe I'll consider it. I never really thought of it with drag radials... Thanks

And that's a killer 60 on that size tire

Thanks Cory! And I had the pressure around 24psi on them. I tend to not have good luck with them below 20psi. 22-24 on them for me seems to be good.

Damn good numbers, Shaun! Glad to see the car is done and you're happy with the results. I'd be ecstatic with a 130 trap with your setup. Bet the car feels reallllll strong.
