Turn downs???????

Well i have been thinking about getting turn downs right after the x pipe just for weight savings. My questions if will i lose power? Has anybody done this? I would only use them when going to the track and would remove the rest of the cat-back.

No offense I don't think it's worth it at all. Don't see much saving in weight. I don't think it'll make you lose power, just not worth doing IMO.

My car on the dyno with the catback hooked up and not hooked up saw gains of 7hp.

I'll test anything lol.

So apart from losing weight i might actually gain some ponies. Souns like a winner to me my exhaust guy said i can get 12" turn downs for $20.
