turbo or blower

ill be boosting my motor very soon. i have been set on a on3 kit for a while now. but im still open to other options. anyone have any insight here?

i already have a upr k member and a mmr oil pan with a drain fitting. and after boosting ill be building the motor.

Twin turbo gets my vote. Can't legally do it on a street car down here.
