Trouble Accesssing Editor When Posting

When trying to post a message, I no longer have access to any of the editor functions. This started on May 17, 2018.
I am running the latest Windows 10 64 bit and IE 11.48.17134.0
Any suggestions?

The editor works with Microsoft Edge, but I don't like the program. It worked just fine on IE 11 until May 17. Were changes made to SVTP during that time?

None that I can think of off the top of my head, but IE is about the buggiest browser known to man.
