What kind of average gains could be expected by adding the 38cc heads to a n/a 2002 gt?

According the the TFS website somewhere around 55-60 HP is expected in n/a form with the raised compression of the 38cc head

If I decide I want them ported and polished would I still get the discount on the heads then the p&p work added to that or does this just apply to stock tfs heads?
