Maybe a dumb question but will the 38cc heads up my compression? I have Last Call Racing stage 3 ported/polished heads, will it be any beneficial to upgrade? Thank you for your time.

Yes, the 38cc will up your compression. As far as power goes the MMR stage 3 head are considered one of the best PI heads available, the TFS however are better, even right out of the box so to answer your question, yes, they will make a big difference compared to what you have!
