i use a 4000lb Mile Marker bolted to the floor at the front of the trailer. Has 2 VERY LONG cables i run around and hook to a battery on the truck to run it with.

I've thought about doing that, but i like clean installs and am ocd when it comes to that kinda stuff... Things take me twice as long but it's the way i want them done lol
Finally got to this project... the winch is all bolted up and I'm really happy with the results.
Not only do I have a winch, but I can use my tail gate and have a much better placement of the spare tire... the tire used to be mounted on the side right where the front wheel would normally fall making it a pain to strap a vehicle down...
Next in the list is removable fenders and then paint...
