They already rate them stock @ 170mph top speed,and over 200+for the shelby stock.


So my guess would be 180-190 for the boss without a limiter / with more mods/ power. prob over 200mph with some mods/ more power

There's no way that 400whp 3800lb car is going 190mph

I would say around 165 honestly. Ive had mine to 145 and it got there pretty quick but these cars aren't exactly aerodynamic missles. 165 may be pushing it even.

You would need a hell of a lot more power to hit 200mph....there is a massive power increase needed to take a car from 175 to 200+ mph....

Well there's definitely more to it then just hp/weight ratio to factor in. To think a 911 Carrera has a topspeed of 186mph with just 355hp.

I did some rough calculations based on some really old mental gymspastics that I haven't done in years and using a lot of rough assumptions.

But, assuming that the drag of the new 2013 GT500 will be roughly the same drag (and I know it's supposed to be better, but between the parasitic, induced, rolling, gears, etc. it should be in the same ballpark) and that 662 HP will get you right at the 200 mph mark, a 444 hp car will go approximately 164 mph, which seems in line with what other people are stating.
