James May hates anything savage, loud, brutal and ostentatious... Which is why he owns the world slowest rolls royce. But the main reason that was in there is because Jeremy had one.
James May can burn in hell! He is like an old man but he's not even old yet. If he wasn't packing so much vagina he might actually like the Ford GT.
An hour of laughs on that episode, for certain!
While I don't agree with a few of their choices (I love the F50, the Escort Cosworth, SLS, AMG Black - I guess I'm one of the knuckle-dragging power-obsessed types lol) I 100% whole-heartedly agree with their final choice of the SC430. I have hated those cars since the first time I saw one. I could never imagine why someone would buy one, complete automotive vomit IMO.
I will say, I don't think that the GT deserved to make the list, but I've always been somewhat disappointed in it. The styling never seemed to hit the mark for me, but a supercharged, rear-mounted 5.4 always seemed to make up for it. I think it could have been much better though. But, it's always easy to be a Monday morning quarterback. I wasn't surprised they included it though, especially with yawn-master May involved.

And its not even this episode alone that they've stated their disapproval of the SC430. Hammond drove one a few years ago and he couldn't even fit in the back seat :lol1:

To make matters worse, that SC430 isn't even a cheap car. I want to say they were somewhere near $80,000.
