Took the C7Z and E63AMG to the track finally...

Took both my cars to the track finally! Had a good friend of mine follow me up in my Z and I drove the Benz with my middle son. On the way home I took the Z and he took the benz...haha.

Had a blast as it was a private event and you could get as many passes as you'd like. I felt like I did pretty good and was happy with the way both cars ran. It was hot and the DA was high but it's mid summer so I was expecting that. Here are the details.

Yeah, I'd expect 3 tenths or more dropped off in 500ish DA come Fall. Still have to actually make those passes though

2-3 mph in crisp air possibly more. These are forced induction cars. They love denser/cooler air.

I would say that vette is a 9 second car with that much more power and an upper 130s trap during the fall.

For the E63, I have no idea what they are capable of but about .3 and 3 mph more during the fall.

Super nice cars and I agree, being able to drive away with a car that isn’t broke after a fun day at the track is a win!

Nice runs! I'm not as knowledgeable on what the W213 is capable of, but I think the 60ft is extremely good. You should definitely pick up some MPH and drop a few tenths with cooler weather.
