i have had both BFG KDW and KDWS.. the KDWS was a 284 40/17.. talk about glue to the road.. the KDW was 275 in a traditional tread not the new design..

good luck!

KDW's all the way. Got them in the rear and they look great on a 315 wheel!

Thanks for the replys! looks like the BFG KDW is a winner so far. But what size for a 9inch rim?

i am running 285/40/17 all the way around on stock 03 rims, 17x9 and the car is lowered and no rubbing at all!!! I am running them to get a lil more tire without going HUGE

I had 481rwhp/476rwtq with 285 kdw2's and they worked rather nice. Little harder with the Kennebell though-Shane

I see more votes for the nittos. Looks pretty even to me. Just for reference I'm looking for which will give the best traction and I have 557hp

non drag radial.. KDWS!! I am telling you.. when i first installed mine I left a light in 1st gear ever so lightly.. as soon as the clutch was fully enguaged i floored it.. it had no traction loss.. this was with 461/454 with urethane bushings on the front of the diff!! but if you tried to race traction was an issue.. but off idle then floor it, it was flawless for me!!

So you think the non drag radial will actually produce more traction than the nitto 555R?
