Hood has just been painted black at a Ford dealership with VIN matched black paint. Color code UA.

Is in absolutely perfect condition, had it on the car for maybe 100 miles and just preferred the look of my cowl hood.

Asking 700 plus shipping, or local pickup for Hampton Roads, Virginia (23454)

bump for price drop, looking to move it fairly quickly since my slave cylinder just went out and had to use the money i set aside for my rear end rebuild

just an update for everyone, still working to get it properly packaged. wife has been extremely sick all week so haven't really done much with it, and I go underway on Tuesday until the 24th. So hopefully by the end of the month i'll have a finalized solution for packaging and shipping and I can give each of you a final answer

Hey all, late update. I've decided to hang on to the hood for a while. I was wholly unprepared for how much of a pain it is to package and sell the hood, and I have too much going on right now, wedding in less than 2 weeks, moving to a different state in a month. I apologize to everyone and should I decide to sell it in the future I'll keep all of you at the top of the list.

I can't blame you for not wanting to ship it. I would only do local pick up. No matter how well you pack it there's a good chance it will take some damage in transit.

Yeah, that's pretty much my thoughts. I had assumed that UPS would package it for you if you paid, but they dont.
