I wonder how they repair the ice at the starting line?
It appears they shave off a good amount of ice with every launch.
Several races in a short amount of time would leave some pretty big ruts in the ice.

Do they run a Zamboni over it between every race?

I imagine after the day is over they flood the starting line with water and flatten it back out.
