definately. took the car on a test drive after i finished the install and wow. going from GT brakes to cobra brakes with all the goodies is a night and day difference in stopping power.

here is a picture i took with my camera phone the day of the install. the goldish finish on the brembo rotors quickly rubbed off when the brakes were put to work.

I recently bought a set from a friend of mine. They were originally plasmas but the finish was peeling off of them like tin foil, which is why he was selling them. the wheels are 4.5 years old with not one bend or nick in any of the wheels. I just had them powdercoated and they came out like new. I've been wanting these wheels forever. by they way, is anyone running a small spacer in the front to help with the inset of the 8.5" wheels? I have some 1/4" wheels spacers laying around and was thinking of using them. I dunno if it would be an unwise decision to use a spacer on the front

Kevin, if my memory is correct KingJay baught your rims then sold them to Omar who lives in SF. Omar then Powdercoated them black. Then decided to sell them and currently your rims are on a Yellow 04 cobra. Here are your rims.

CobraTerritory,

That dark grey paint on those BBS RK's wheels are exactly what I "wanted" to do way back in the day when I had a (new in box) set of them... !

I'm sure it was mentioned already, but are those powdercoated and what color is that considered? Looks good.
