There's a difference in the key switch (manufacturer enabled) vs an individual defeating a device.

Regardless, it is up to the individual insurance carrier whether they can deny coverage or not.

I thought it was a pretty informative thread, myself. Just a calm rational conversation between adults (although certainly went way off topic).

I've seen similar topic get VERY ugly on other boards.
