5933 dry probably a little under 6500 loaded up. Jayco Jay Flight 267 (26 footer). My FIL got significantly better with their 32’ TT, think he was 12 which is my unloaded mpg more or less.
6.7mpg under load sounds right to me. What does your camper weigh and how long?

When im towing 70-75 mph, my dually cummins truck will get low 9's high 8's if there is wind or i push it.

Is what it is.

The guys that say they get 14mpg towing 10k lbs are full of shit.

Your truck kinda baffles me. If it doesn't get better mileage once you hit 5,000 miles or so, I think we may want to check into it.

Tow haul mode, 8th gear mainly only got to 9 on a couple 1% downhill grades and into 6th in the uphill. Running right around 2100 rpm while cruising I’d say.

It feels so peppy without a trailer and getting up to speed is pretty effortless still. But once I’m cruising it’s just feeling a little sluggish
Isn't 2100 cruise RPM a little low for a gas engine with that much load on it...? Or not for one with that much displacement?

How quickly does it drop down a couple of gears if the load increases?

Not sure honestly. I’d have to hook up to the F150 to compare.

It drops when it feels like it’s supposed to pushing the gas pedal

I've been looking at 2022 F250's with the 7.3 lately.
Mostly because I HATE the cylinder deactivation bullshit and to piss off the libatrds with a big truck with a big engine.
Just can't really get into it, but the Black Appearance Package and Tremor Package makes them look really good.
