Thank you Fed Ex Ground

I pick up my CJ manifold from Fed Ex last night..
This morning , I am looking at manifold.. I happen to notice a broken area where it mounts. I look in the box and find 2 pieces that broke off.
I then inspect the Ford box, the corner was damaged. I am waiting to hear back from Fed Ex.. Here are blurry pictures of the damage..

Damn that sucks. Wouldn't be shocked if it was Fords fault on that.

ouch, that's why I always inspect before I let the guy leave, and if I don't catch the guy I take pics or vid of me opening the box if there is any obvious damage.

That sucks. Usually its UPS that takes little care with their packages. At least that's my experience down here in FL. I hope FedEx is better with claims against them than UPS is.

I've always had awesome luck with FedEx. Not so much with usps and ups though....

:lol: i was thinking the same thing. I've never had issues with Fed Ex or UPS. I guess it just varies on location. Hope they fix it for you!

Looks like the intake manifold was ported too. Seems like attaching that piece back on would be the best thing, since if you paid someone for porting it usually isn't cheap. Sorry to hear.
