Please tell me you're testing attachments showing up.

Mine just show as "Attachment XXXXX". Then I can go in an edit my post, delete the first attachment, reattach it, and then it shows exactly like it should.

mine post fine, I can't reproduce the problem.

I guess I'll have to dig into when I get a chance

I'll pm you my login information, and you can try to post in this thread.

It happens to me every time, whether I upload from my computer or post a link.

It worked the second time when I went in to edit my post. It's not a huge deal.

It may only be while using quick reply.

I brought this up in the other section.

In your case, the issues are the dimensions of the image 1358x1018 and it's massive 1.6MB file size.

vBulletin attempts to re-size it, but if it can't it'll just post a link to the image.

here's the relevant info from the setting:
This option will attempt to automatically resize image attachments that exceed the set dimensions for that specific image type. The image will be proportionately resized to the maximum dimensions for that image type. Resized images will be converted to JPG images to conserve space. Image types that can be resized depends on your server configuration.

For image manipulation, we're currently using the GD image library, which is a standard PHP package. I'm about to install the ImageMagick 6 package, which is more robust and hopefully works better.

Disregard my previous post, that didn't seem to fix the problem.

I found an issue with AJAX that should fix things. Let me know if you experience issues.
