yeah, i met the yellow one at a light, like 30 seconds after i bought my cobra, he was reving like crazy trying to make me race him, but he did not lower the windows to talk to me and i disaded not to race him, 2 weeks later i saw it with all the lights on i-95

Not entrapment, you aren't forced to race. Trying to lure a street racer is legal since its at their discretion to race or drive normally.

Something like that happened to me once. I was pulled over by a undercover in a blacked out Terminator in next to my college. I just couldn't stop laughing to myself that a Terminator pulled me over. The officer was cool though and just wanted to chat about other SVT's.

Funny thing he said was "I feel bad for the poor bastard who tries to speed away.." lol
