I sent them a link to thia thread and I've been email troubleshooting with them since yesterday afternoon and this was their last email...

I looked into this briefly and really don't see any reason why it used to work and then it doesn't for everyone. Would you mind to let the admin know and try to updating our plugin to latest version to see if it helps?

Guess I'll forward it to SID and see if this hasn't already been done.
