SVTPerformance.com Invades SEMA 2011
It's that time of year again. The smells high octane fuel and burning tires are in the air, and the sounds of drift cars are resonating down the Vegas strip. It can mean only one thing, IT"S SEMA TIME!!! For yet another year SVTP is here take in the sights, get new product info, and make contacts to help keep site at the forefront of the Ford aftermarket.
This year we have seen a lot impressive vehicle and new parts. Not surprisingly, the two most popular vehicles (in term of numbers) seem to be the SVT F-150 Raptor and the many iterations of the Mustang. It's great to be part of such an exciting industry, and especially to see Ford thriving in it.
We have taken a few pics for you to peruse. If you pay attention to some of the pics you may be able to see a few parts that will be featured in upcoming SVTP articles.
This should give you an idea of the difference between previous generation Eaton Roots Supercharger Rotors and their new TVS Rotors
This is probably my favorite car that I've seen so far. Old metal on a new car. Nice to see a JLT intake on it too.
The new iTSX from SCT is sweet.
Mike's car is probably familiar to those of you who follow NMRA/NMCA racing.
Orange Crush made an appearance. Word is she has a new owner.
This truck is just nasty.
GT500 owners should be familiar with Airaid's blue replacement filter.
The carbon fiber Boss 302 intake from Airaid is a fantastically made piece.
A very clean looking supercharger from Magnuson.
Raptor owners should love this.
BRB, I'm going to The Moon.
The new Roush Focus made an appearance.
This new/old Mustang body is getting a lot of attention. (ie, why I'm not able to get a good straight shot of it.)
While I'm not sure how much I like the body styling on this car, I do love the denim silver paint. Ford should make that color a factory option.
I doubt Roscoe will be looking for them Duke boys in Sin City, but I think I spotted Daisy in the MGM last night.
