It's been a few years since I first asked svt performance members on advice on how to get into homebrewing, I've accumulated some pretty nice equipment since then. I'm interested in seeing what you guys have and it would be nice to trade recipe's and tips and tricks you have learned along the way! Here's a peek at some of my brewing equipment.

Yum! I love me some ris, that's what's going to go in that 53 gallon Jim beam barrel! Care to share the recipe?

His beer packs a helluva punch... Lol..

That's a big mash tun, looks like a pretty big grain bill for a stout or a porter judging from the grain I see in it!

Here's a better pic of my brew rig. I've had it for about 2 years now and I already want and bigger setup:

Four brewhemoths! I just ordered two tri clamp chilled versions this past black Friday as they were 25% off. The other bigger conical you have is tits! What size brewery is that your running? 1.5-2.5 barrel?

That's a good deal! When we ordered them about 2 years or so ago, they were around $450. They are tri-clover with the hop hook on the lid. They have worked very well for us!

Our brewhouse is only 1bbl (can do 2bbl on it). 4bbl fermentation capacity and a 2bbl brite tank.

Looking to expand soon, but its so damn expensive! lol

It's a 1 micron sediment filter I buy four for 12 bucks on amazon. It helps some with clarity although not so well with chill haze.. at least in my experiences but I'm still working on refining my technique. What it does do is strip all the remaining suspended yeast (1056 can be a bitch to get to flocc out) out of the beer which helps shelf stability and flavor. Does it strip some flavor yes but I've found its mainly Strips unwanted ones only.

Nice! We use that same filter to strip chlorine from our brew water. We clear our beer by crashing and using biofine clear
