We’ll never know if he is innocent, unless we find out the kid was coerced into lying. The court either finds you “guilty” or “not guilty” which simply means the prosecution was not able to meet the standard of proof for a guilty plea. Ala OJ Simpson.

Besides that, the stigma will always be there. Best you can do is move far away and change your name and keep a low profile. Regardless of the court outcome, your life is ****ed. One is just way more ****ed than the other. Even friends and family will probably still think maybe....in the back of their minds.

I'd bet not many of you have been falsely accused of a serious crime and gone to jail for something you didn't do. Child molesters deserve to die and burn in hell, but calling for an accused person to be tortured and killed is pretty sick. I had an uncle who went to prison for molesting some of my cousins when they were kids. A few years ago as adults, they told my mom that their mom had told them to lie about him. They flat out admitted it never happened. The guy spent many years in prison getting the standard treatment a child molester gets because my mentally ill aunt coached her kids to lie.
I'm not making any statement about this particular case, just pointing out that all these calls for extrajudicial punishment could put you on the side of torturing an innocent person.

Unfortunately events like that are common. I have seen it happen locally a few times and I am seeing a good friend of mine’s wife coach her kids to say she is afraid of their dad who is the kindest,nicest person you’ll ever meet. It would not surprise me at all if that crazy **** throws sexual allegations out against the kids. To give you the idea of the kind of crazy this woman is, we went to go help him move out of his own house and she called the police on him to say that he was threatening her. We had six people with us, one is a preacher, and one is a US marshal. Now I question accusations before giving it a second thought

This was not something that just sprung up overnight. They were actively surveilling. Again this is only what I heard but that was from sources close to the situation.

Also there was an underground dark web business going on where child porn was being sold and distributed. No bueno.

There very well may have been multiple arrests but since it's dark web stuff those arrests could have taken place anywhere in the country or world.

This stuff is messed up. It’s messed up the thing done people do. I know a person who took a 3 year old girl in who had gonorrhea. That’s messed up.

I also know of a situation where someone was falsely accused of being a child molester. They admitted later they made it up.

I know of another situation where the guy was accused once and he got off scotch free. The victim was called a liar and other things. A couple of years later, same guy gets accused again in the same way by a different person. He pleads guilty and admits to doing it.

I hate the fact that I know these three situations by knowing the people involved firsthand because it just fires to show that this stuff is all too common. It makes me sick.

Closer to 30 years ago, my ex accused me of "mentally and physically abusing her and the kids." This was during the divorce and so I spent my time convincing a judge that it was bullshit. So yes, it happens and women are crazy when it comes to divorce.

To those who think these sick bastards will get their comeuppance when they get to prison, sadly, no. Usually they will put these types in prison together. Majority of them are some kind of sexual predator.

The affects this has on a child are lifelong. If she receives proper family support and counseling, she may be able to overcome any major hangups. I know all these things from personal experience. This happened in my family from a very close family member. Never would have suspected it. The only proper punishment is lead poisoning, the 5.56 kind.

Let's hope the courts get it right in this case.

At 18 years old, she found him and admitted mom told her to lie to the police. Frank installed and tuned my car and it rips. My daughters and I hung out at the shop and dyno runs. Never had a weird vibe, ever. That said, let’s see what the judge and jury rules before we convict him. Either way, it sucks for all involved.

Kinda goes without saying doesn't it? But only if its actually true and the child wasn't brain-washed by the mother to not only say things but think them as well. kids can be convinced of just about anything......

In fact, they believe a big fat dude with a beard and rein deer actually deliver presents to them on Dec 25th every year and a big bunny hides eggs for them in the yard every Easter. Mom can convince a child of anything.

Ive seen it happens dozens of times in my profession and its more disgusting then the lie they are trying to perpetrate so id wait till the FACTS are presented before forming any opinion here or anywhere else.

When I was just 19 I was accused of horrific crimes I did not commit. I was arrested and faced life in prison. I was one of the lucky ones that turned the tables and got out. Then the investigators found out it was all made up. I look back at all the people that went to prison for decades before being exonerated, wasting their whole life in prison. Or worse, actually executed. Could've easily been me. I always reserve judgement until all the facts are known.
