Looks good. Is the hood scoop functional? I would think our stock hood vents would be of greater heat dissipation value...

Yes, the scoop is functional. I'm not sure about better heat dissipation, I really never put any thought into it...

and thanks guys for the compliments:beer:

looks really good

and it lines up good with the rest of the car. One thing I've read about some aftermarket hoods is that they do not line up correctly at the nose. This hood looks perfect.

All I can say is WOW! That is absolutely sweet. How I wish they offered that hood on the '03 Cobra. It's way nicer than the stock hood in my opinion. The design fits right in (nicer than the Mach 1 hood) with the rest of the Cobra. Where did you get it?

Does the hood use all the stock hardware? Any fit problems?

Give us more details like where you got it, part no., price.

Thanks!

and under the hood (doesn't show much)

Cobrabob: I got the hood from ABC and it fit well. I had to adjust the hood latch but I had to do the same thing on a Cervini hood I once owned. I also had to have the scoop cut...ABC doesn't sell theirs pre-cut. This hood took no shaving/carving/hacking at all...fit right on. The pic above shows the hood prop in an unattended spot...I need to bend it a bit to fit properly. Oh, it came with it's own hardware...4 bolts/washers:thumbsup:

Streetsnake: I absolutely HATE having to run a round with a front plate...that's why I went with personalized "blk vnm" (on the way).

Thanks all:beer:
