The offset is more agressive and sticks out more. If you try to run a wide tire on the wheel, it will bulge and could rub the fender. You could certainly have them widened, but you will need to stick to tires that narower in comparison to what might be able to fit on said rim width so that you limit any tire bulge.

Use the Ford Racing version 19x10....I am running the 10" on all 4 corners 285 front and 295 rear. You could go wider in rear, at least 305. Have to widen to go 315 or more.
