Its a D1SC on a 96 cobra install and not sure where the surge valve hose goes need help!!!

Trying to figure out where exactly does the hose connects to on a procharger surge valve? manifold vacuum or ported vacuum? is it bad if it I keep it disconected???

its sounds like a ratle snake right now(it's disconnected)

Vacuum tee from the back passenger side of the intake manifold..What you are hearing is blower surge and it is bad for the seals in the blower.

You're posting question marks 2 hours after your original post? Do you think this is paid tech support?

How many #'s of boost are you seeing? What size pulley?

The fluttering is probably because you have the stock bypass on the car. Fluttering sound usually means that the bypass can no longer handle the type of boost you are pushing. You want the vaccum source to be as close the the rear of the intake on the passenger side.

Then if you are venting your bypass and you hear a fluttering sound, either your bypass needs to be adjusted by the screw at the top, or you need a new bypass.

For a new bypass you would want something like the Procharger Red Race bypass or a vortech mondo bypass ect..
