its a dry heat here in norcal.. humidity is at 27%..Do the 100-120 places posted have terrible humidity? or is it a dry heat.
It's definitely hot but anything over 110 is just the same to me. It's miserable. While I enjoy living in Arizona for a handful of reasons, the "3 months of misery" and "beautiful the rest of the year" is complete BS. It's effing hotter than hell here from April thru the end of September. The only good thing about it is that we can drive 2 hours north and be in temps 30 degrees cooler.10% humidity today, so ****ing 125 only felt like 121 LOL
We'll have terrible humidity toward the end of summer when the Monsoons hit. I have friends in the South and we often match their humidity during the Monsoon months.Do the 100-120 places posted have terrible humidity? or is it a dry heat.

Right now it's bone dry which the rest of the country scoffs at but is just as miserable as it is dangerous. The rescue helicopters have been doing double time over the mountain hiking trails due to the "the heat index is worse tourists" not quite grasping the severity of the heat. I've lived in the Midwest and the humidity has nothing on raw temps IMO but everyone seems to be different.
FWIW, the airport has been grounding flights this week because it's so hot certain airliners can't generate enough lift to fly.
Nope. I had two teammates went for a hike a few summers ago and got lost on the trail. They weren't off trail long (maybe an hour or two) and their dog died and one of them had to be airlifted out and almost died himself. The heat out here is no joke. You definitely can't ignore high temps just because its "dry." Usually by the time you realized you made a mistake, its far too late.
Not everyone here owns one. lolHow the **** do some of you drive terminators!
Weather either to high or too low?
Being made from unicorn horns...I didn't realize heat prevented the 03/04 cobras from being driven.
Are you in the correct thread, or did that go over my head making fun of the cobros? They're grounding them because their performance charts don't account for temperatures that high, because nobody paid for the testing to be done in such extreme conditions. Regulations prevent pilots and airlines from extending the data through extrapolation, so if it's not on the chart, it's not technically an operable condition even if the plane is fully capable of safe operation.

I love summer! Ton to do, long days and chick’s wear the best outfits lolHow the hell do you guys deal with that heat? I hate the summer due to heat and humidity. Give my 60's and sunny any day.
