Where can I find a stock heat exchanger for my '99 L? Mine got crumpled up. I need to fix it before I try to sell it.

Yep, I'm sure you'll get some bits. A lot of guys just have a stocker sitting around after they went aftermarket.

The fault would appear to be the choked heat exchanger.
The fluctuation on the pressure gauge would suggest poor heat transfer between the main and plate heat exchangers,causing the boiler to overheat.
