Stock axles good up to 600HP?

I've read that the stock axles are good for up to 600HP. Is anyone running close to that with stock axles?

running slightly over 600 with stock axles and 10+ hard launches on radials

Bent a set of stockers, took 100+ quarter mile launches and 500 rwhp.

I bent a driver's side axle on DR's, no issues with slicks yet.

depends, auto or stick, i ran 9.27 on stock axles without hurting them at 1003 rwhp.

only switched because it is required as a saftey rule

Plenty of people pushing well over 6 on stock 31 spline axles. Like Beefcake stated, unless your needing them for classes. Ull be fine.

I do plan on pulling mine this winter and having the tunes welded and putting a brace in just to keep everthing straight

Run over 700whp on stockers no issue yet.

Launched a M6 with 430WHP and snapped the driver side axle. 6K RPM launch.

Manual trans cars are much harder on the drivetrain vs. an auto.
