start up blow by

Is there any way to minimize blow by on start up? I bought the car at 38k miles and it had always done it... especially on hot days. I've also tried an oil separator from lethal but recently took it off. I've been told it doesn't hurt anything but has anyone eliminated this issue?:??: thanks in advance.

Mine will only do it on the next start up after it's only run for a few seconds, like pulling it out of the garage for example. After it's been run for a while it wont do it on the next start up.
