Spinning F1-A by hand, does this sound normal?

Hey folks,

Have the F1-A out of the car and noticed some noise when spinning it by hand. Does this sound normal?

I bought it used, so who knows for certain. I've put about 15k on it.

Just setup a rebuild with Procharger, the blower will get sent off today.

That sucks you have to have it rebuilt OP. Procharger will make it like new again. What do they charge for a rebuild?

sucks it has to be rebuilt, but glad you already got it sent off to procharger. :rockon:

Yea, really puts a hinder on things, but you gotta pay to play. We'll see how much it hurts when they get back to me w/a rebuild estimate. :-D

Personally I would consider my self lucky if were in your shoes. Be thankful it didn't come apart because a rebuild becomes replace real quick. What did it sound like on the car? I'm always paranoid about this and constantly find myself listening to that blower on a regular basis

Absolutely fine. I only had it out b/c of some other work I'm doing on the car right now. We happened to spin it by hand and noticed the questionnable sound.
