Pulled my plugs today and found that something got to be wrong.
Looked like this:

Anyone knows what caused this ?

Give me your ideas and experience, thanks.

The glazed deposit on the insulator is a combination of carbon and lead from fuel and oil additives. Under higher load, the deposit becomes conductive and causes misfiring. Install new plugs as cleaning is ineffective.

looks like its time to put in some new plugs. a lot of build up on them.

As for the red, are you using any fuel additives or octane boost?

Hard to tell clearly from the pics but it doesn't look like anything is wrong, just need new plugs.
