wrong. Your parents sign for it, and they speak for you in law.

They can only do that until your 18th birthday (longer in some situations). After that, it's between you and the government. Otherwise your parents would be able to claim you on their taxes until your 66th birthday.

Anyone ELSE have 2 SS numbers?

I have had two. For some reason the feds decided to re-issue me one after they gave me my resident card and they will more than likely give me another card shortly but keep the same number.

Man, nothing is safe anymore with the internet, anyone can get anything they want about you, me or the next guy if they know what they are doing.
