So it looks like the 2.90 upper with 100mm Metcos idlers and a gates belt. Also a tune to richen this beast. Full subframes, shifter, and quadrant adjuster. Any other recommendatations?

Have you considered the 2.8 upper? I felt a very big difference dropping from the 3.0 to a 2.8. My pea-brain logic says that I would have felt about half the difference going to the 2.9 (oops feel smoke coming out of my ears).
I did add the idlers when going to the 2.8 so that could have been part of the difference.

Your list will make it a different car IMHO
