Shifter stops on Steeda/Pro50

I remember reading that they do and they don't by Jim V. and Matt I believe. If you adjust the stops properly it should work fine.

Guess im being lazy. Was hoping to just take them ot of Triax Because im having trouble satisfying myself with adjustment.:) Now if I can just get it to be as quiet as stock.:whine:

Do a search. There is a post that gives specific info on quieting down the aftermarket shifters. Something like high density nylon material or something. It may be in postbans sig.

search for "mcmaster" and look at the concerning the tri-ax. I did it and it works awesome.

you need to use the stops.if you remove them you will overtravel the internal stops and bend your shift forks. there is more travel on the triax than on the stock shifter:)

The Pro 50 for the T-56 was designed to be used on a T-56... So I dont see why they would wast their time putting the stops on if you didnt need them...
