Setting engine timing chain

I'm in the process of removing heads for head gasket install, and I wonder if there are any good tutorials w/ pictures.

I don't want to screw up the engine timing and smash my valves into the pistons.. it's a 1998 Cobra w/ 4.6L 4V

I would recommend degreeing your cams when you do this. Might be able to pull a few additional HP out of her that way.
